My legal career began in 2005 as a Paralegal with Rachhpal Singh & Associates in India, where I gained extensive hands-on experience across a wide range of legal areas, including Criminal Law, Family Law, Civil Disputes, Rent applications, and Commercial Law.
I regularly assisted in complex matters involving Bail applications, Domestic Violence, Offenses under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, and the Excise Act. I worked closely with senior advocates on drafting pleadings, file reviews, court appearances, and legal research.
From 2012 to 2014, I managed my own practice as a Lawyer in India, independently managing litigation in both civil and criminal courts. I represented clients in matters involving personal disputes, Motor Vehicle Act cases, personal injury claims, criminal defence, and urgent bail applications, earning a reputation for being diligent, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
